How far is it from Huntington Beach to LAX Airport?

30 t0 45 min depending on traffic.

From the tourist area of Huntington Beach, you need about 15 minutes to get to the 405 freeway, and about 35 minutes to get to the airport with no traffic.

But with traffic, it can take up to an hour.

Look at the traffic alert signs on the freeway. If it says something like "60 minutes to LAX Airport", take the 605 to the 105, and that should shave a few minutes off.

It's about 30-35 miles.

from your location. (could take 0 or 10 mins just to get to the 405)

Depending what time of day it is and the traffic,

that could take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour and a half.

I grew up in Diamond Bar and live in Connecticut now.

I miss CA. I miss In N Out.

I miss Huntington Beach and highway 39.

36 miles, about 45 minutes. IF there is no traffic. That's a big IF. If you're going during the rush, figure on at least 90 minutes.

I always thought it was 40 miles.. =/
