How do i get to magic mountain theme park from lax airport via public transport?

well one way is to take the Flyway bus to Union station

then board the metrolink train to Newhall then transfer

to SCT lines 1 or 2 and take these buses to the Mcbean transit center and transfer again to SCT lines 3 or 7 to the park

another routing (this is only valid during evening rush hours)

is go out to Century/Sepulveda and board

LADOT line 573 to sylmar then transfer to the SCT line 8 bus to

the mcbean transit center then as above

It would be better to fly into Burbank airport. You could catch the metrolink train at the airport, you may have to take it to Union station, transfer to another metrolink train to Santa Clarita (Soledad Canyon Rd. station). Cross the street and catch a bus to Magic Mountain. Look online to see what bus to catch.

Lol! I hope you're kidding.. are you? Because that's basically impossible if you're talking about taking a bus. It would take you.. probably forever, literally. The subway/train system is a complete joke for longer distances, so forget about that. What's left is a taxi, and that would probably cost you a LOT lot lot. Best bet is to rent a car, I'd guess. Good luck!

??? I hope you are not flying in just for 6 Flags... That is a long, long bus ride.. It is about a 2 hour car ride, so I can imagine a bus.. maybe 3. Your better off looking at the greyhound. I dont think Magic Mountain is even within our Metro (bus) system.
