Well they had to buy out a subdivision in the landing flight path between the airport and the ocean..that's the only land that isn't already developed....(See Dockweiler Beach). The houses are torn down but the streets are still there....No way are they going to sell flight path land....It's a litigation minefield...

Not sure what you are asking? Do you want to buy in this area? Sell? LAX bought many many acres of land and has torn down homes because of the noise to the residents. So there is lots of vacant land around LAX
