There are lots of hotels close to the airport and they offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Some are: Motel 6 on Century; Super 8 on Airport Bl.; Hacienda on Sepulveda Bl.; Holiday Inn on La Cienega Bl; Radisson on Century Bl; Marriott, Four Points Sheraton; Hilton. and lots more. When you arrive on the lower level close to the baggage claim area, every terminal has a Travelers Aid Booth that can help you. There are also Kioske (sp), just push Lodging.
Sug, there is a ring of every conceivable hotel all around the airport, they are among the least expensive rates (due to competition) in Los Angeles.....all the major hotels have milk...but there are few stores to walk to, to get it and it's not a good area to be walking around anyway..
There is nothing but hotels around LAX. Pick your favorite chain hotel and check in.
As for milk, we're more of a soy milk/rice milk kind of town, but I'm sure there's an obliging cow somewhere.
