WHAT BUSES OR TRAINS GO FROM HOWARD JOHNSON LAX AIRPORT TO LOS ANGELS DOWNTOWN?

I'm going for vocation to LA ...I just stay for few days in los angles and i will stay in HOWARD JOHNSON HOTEL LAX at 8620 Airport Blvd close to lax airport ... can anyone tell please which bus or train goes to downtown from this hotel i can take bus or trains cuz i cant afford the city cabs n stuff..

3 ways to do it cheaply

1. bus from the hotel to downtown - city bus $1.25

2. Flyaway bus from airport baggage claim to Amtrak Union Station ＄ï¼"．００

3. Light Rail - take the hotel's shuttle bus to the terminal, and the light rail shuttle to the airport station (Green Line) Take the Green Line to the Blue Line (about 10 to 12 minutes), the Blue Line to the Red Line, and the Red line right into downtown.

well if you dont mind walking a bit (like to 96th street

and airport

you can take a direct bus into downtown LA (line 439)

for $1.85

or you could other way

then you can board (along side Burger king on 96th) you can

take either a Culver cit (Green)y #6 bus Pay this driver $1.00 (get metro transfer

or Santa Monica (Blue) #3 bus pay this driver $1.25 (get a transfer)

take either of these bus to the Green line then take the green line to

Rosa park station then board the blue line into downtown Los Angeles
