As you can see, TA3 is just next to Int'l terminal. You can go to there within few minutes by pedestrian walk or free shuttle bus(one way counterclockwisely, so same as just next stop)
You can take pictures with no problem.
Terminal 3 is right next to the International Terminal, about a one minute walk away. Shouldn't be any problem taking a picture or two, but it's probably best not to take pictures of sensitive areas or operations, that might draw the attention of security.

Terminal 3 is right next to Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) just exit term 3 and walk to ur right... theres no need to take the shuttle.... I worked there too.. and took bunch of pix for my flickr account 2!! lol Its fun huh!?
Yeah, it's right next door. Or you can take a shuttle around the loop.
