Reliable taxi service at LAX airport?

I'm looking for a reliable taxi/car serivce that can pick me up from the airport and take me to my destination that is less than 15 miles from LAX airport. Thanks!

There is a shuttle stand, well marked, at LAX, and also a taxi stand; both are fully regulated. There is a concierge to help you, and a tip is not required. I recommend Super Shuttle and no reservation (although you might want one for your return trip to LAX) -- it's the least expensive and is totally reliable.

A taci is all yours and more costly. Super Shuttle will load up the van and take others to your same vicinity and therefore cost less, even though it takes just the same time.

When you arrive and get your luggage, go outside and you will see taxi's. They must be licensed to be inside the airport, so they are all reliable. No need to reserve one in advance. Also you can take a shuttle. Under the orange sign and two shuttles .... SuperShuttle and Primetime Shuttle. The Dispatchers are right there to help you.

There are plenty of shuttles and taxis at LAX. When you get out at the arrivals terminal just flag down a taxi or go to the supershuttle station.
